American Century Championship

South Shore Lake Tahoe will play host to the 20th annual “American Century Championship” at Edgewood in Tahoe, July 14-19. Referred to as the “Super Bowl of Celebrity Sports,” the player list traditionally includes many sports and entertainment legends, including Michael Jordan, John Elway, Tony Romo, Oscar De La Hoya, Ray Romano, Dan Marino, Jim McMahon, and more. Jack Del Rio, Oliver Hudson, Chuck Liddell, Wade Phillips and Matt Ryan are expected to compete for the first time this summer. Along with the help of NBC, the “American Century Championship” has become an international attraction.
